Renappoint is a managed AI phone-reception service for appointment-based businesses such as spas, salons, and clinics. Our virtual receptionist answers incoming calls, books and manages appointments, and — only with the caller's consent — sends appointment confirmations and reminders by text message.

Our SMS messaging program

Renappoint sends only transactional, appointment-related text messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send unsolicited messages.

How customers opt in (consent)

Customers provide express consent verbally during a phone call with our receptionist. When a caller books or manages an appointment, the receptionist asks whether they would like to receive a text confirmation and reminders. A text message is sent only if the caller affirmatively agrees. If the caller declines, no text message is sent. Consent is recorded against the appointment.

Message frequency

Messages are triggered by the customer's own appointment activity. A typical booking results in one confirmation message and up to two reminder messages (for example, the day before and shortly before the appointment), plus a message if the customer cancels or reschedules. Frequency depends on the customer's bookings; it is not a recurring or scheduled campaign.

Opt-out & help

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; they will receive no further texts. Replying HELP returns support information. Message and data rates may apply. For help you may also email info@renappoint.com.

No sharing of opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected solely to deliver the appointment messages described above. This information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in information is shared with any third party for marketing.

Any email we send identifies the sender, reflects the purpose accurately, and provides a way to opt out.

We collect only the personal information needed to provide the service, use it solely for that purpose, and honor applicable data-access and deletion rights.

Responsible handling of personal data

Personal details are stored securely, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to authorized personnel delivering the service.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect. To provide our service we collect the information a caller gives during a call — typically name, phone number, the requested service, and appointment time — and, where the caller consents, their consent to receive text messages.

How we use it. We use this information solely to book and manage appointments and to send the appointment confirmations and reminders the caller consented to. We do not use it for advertising.

How we share it. We share appointment details only with the business the caller contacted, and with the service providers (such as our telephony and messaging infrastructure providers) needed to deliver calls and messages. We never sell personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Data security & retention. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely. We retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices. You may reply STOP to stop text messages at any time, and you may contact us at info@renappoint.com to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

Terms of Service

The service. Renappoint provides AI-assisted phone reception and appointment booking on behalf of participating businesses, together with appointment-related SMS notifications where the recipient has consented.

Acceptable use. The service may be used only for lawful appointment-related communication. It may not be used to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.

Messaging consent. SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have given prior express consent during a call. Recipients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Availability. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for missed appointments resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
